I'm Debasis Nishank, a developer and founder based in Bhubaneswar, India. I run Threemates, a software development studio building ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and web & mobile apps that help businesses digitize their operations and scale.
Alongside Threemates, I lead backend engineering at Rabinnson, building multi-tenant SaaS systems for regulatory compliance.
My core stack is Java and Spring — Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and REST — backed by PostgreSQL and MongoDB, with React and Next.js on the frontend. I containerise and ship with Docker, Git, and Maven.
I've built a range of systems: a multi-panel employee management platform (EvoStaff), an AWS-based facial-recognition attendance system, and Edu-SaaS, a configurable cloud ERP for educational institutions.
I hold a B.Tech in Computer Science from Centurion University of Technology and Management (CGPA 9.1, 2025), along with certifications in Java Full Stack Development from Wipro and digital governance from eGov Academy.
